Shifflett Construction can set up your manufactured home on the approved site of your choice. A manufactured home is built in its entirety in a factory to federal standards – also known as HUD Code - and then delivered to your homesite for assembly. Federal regulations address the building’s fire resistance, design, strength, and energy efficiency, among other criteria It will come in one to three sections. Mobile homes fall into this category. Mortgage companies will finance them similar to a home if it is a double-wide and placed on a permanent foundation. Shifflett Construction can also add permanent structures such as decking or porches, patios or a garage to local and state building codes.

We can set up your modular home as well, which is constructed in a factory and taken to the building site in sections. A builder then puts it together like a kitset, using a crane to set the pieces in place.
